The [Brand] [Model] 22 kW AC Dual is built for parking that many people share. One unit serves two bays, so a row of six bays needs three chargers, three mounting points and three circuits rather than six. That keeps installation tidier and cheaper per bay.
It suits office parks, sectional title complexes, estates, hotels and shopping centres where cars stay parked for at least an hour. OCPP connectivity links it to a management platform for user access, session records and cost recovery, which is what trustees and facilities managers usually need before they say yes. See workplace charging and EV charging for apartments and complexes for how we set these sites up.
For a private home or a single bay, a single-socket 22 kW charger is simpler. Where drivers need range in minutes, look at DC fast chargers. The rest of the shared-parking range is under commercial EV chargers.
Shared sites start with a load assessment. We measure what the building already draws, work out how much capacity can go to charging, and design the distribution so you can add more chargers later without starting over. That often means a dedicated sub-board for the chargers and a main cable sized for future bays.
Installation then covers the cable runs through the parkade, wall or pedestal mounting, network connection and, where required, sub-metering. A registered electrician tests the installation and issues a Certificate of Compliance. In sectional title schemes, the trustees need to approve the work first, and we provide the drawings and information for that decision. Our installation service and setup and commissioning pages explain each step.
Drivers tap a card or use an app to start charging. Site managers see live status, energy per session and faults on the platform dashboard, and can change access rules or tariffs without a site visit.
It also helps to agree a charging policy before the chargers go live: who may use the bays, how long a car may stay plugged in once full, and how costs are recovered. We can set these rules on the platform so they are applied consistently, and adjust them as more residents or staff switch to electric vehicles.

![[Brand] [Model] 60 kW DC fast charger, front three-quarter view](/_astro/ph-1x1-a.B_y-El6F_Z1uGB7E.jpg)
[Brand]
A 60 kW DC fast charger with CCS2 and optional CHAdeMO, card or app payment and remote monitoring, for sites where vehicles need range quickly.
Only if the supply allows it. On most sites we set a shared limit and let load management split the power between the two sockets and any other chargers on the circuit.
Each user gets an RFID card or app account linked to a management platform. Sessions are recorded per user, so costs can be added to levies, deducted from salaries or paid directly, depending on your policy.
No. The charger uses OCPP, so you can connect it to a compatible platform of your choice and switch later if needed.
Whether the built-in meter is billing-grade is [TBC from datasheet]. Where it is not, we add a separate sub-meter so costs are recovered fairly.
Usually. One cable, one mounting point and one circuit serve two bays, which reduces labour and materials per bay.
