Solutions
Give staff and visitors somewhere to charge while they work, without overloading your building's supply or losing track of who uses what.
Many employees can’t charge at home, especially those living in sectional title complexes where approval takes time. Charging at the office gives them a reliable option and gives you a visible, practical benefit. For visitors and tenants, it signals a building that’s keeping up.
We start with a site assessment that looks at your main supply, existing loads, parking layout and cable routes. From there we propose a layout, usually built around commercial AC chargers with load management, and a budget for the first phase.
Our registered electricians carry out the installation and issue a Certificate of Compliance. We then configure access control, tariffs and reporting, and train whoever will manage the system.
Every year more staff will arrive in an EV. We size cable routes and boards for the next phase, so adding bays later doesn’t mean starting over. If you manage an office park with several tenants, see our page on office park EV charging.

Why it works
Charging at work is a practical benefit for employees who can't charge at home, such as people living in complexes.
RFID cards or an app limit access to staff, visitors or tenants, and you choose whether charging is free or billed.
Smart chargers log every session, so you can recover costs, allocate them to departments or report on them.
Load management shares the available capacity across chargers, so you can add bays without an immediate supply upgrade.
We size cabling and boards for future chargers, so adding bays later is quicker and cheaper.
How we approach it
Workplace projects succeed or fail on electrical capacity. We start with a load assessment of your building, then design a charger layout and load-management set-up that fits within it, with a clear path to expand.

Options
Most workplaces start with a few shared AC chargers and grow from there.
Two cars per charger, ideal for all-day parking at the office.
A simple option for directors' bays or pool cars.
Access control, tariffs and reporting configured for your site.
Our process
One team from first enquiry to a working, certified charger. You always know what happens next.
Tell us about your property, your vehicles and what you want to achieve. Photos of your DB board help.
We check your supply, available load, cable route and mounting position, on site or from photos.
A written, itemised quote: charger, installation, any upgrades and the CoC. No surprises later.
Registered electricians install a dedicated, protected circuit and mount the charger neatly.
We configure the charger, test it with you, hand over the CoC and show you how to use it.

Start with the number of staff who already drive EVs, plus some headroom. Because cars park all day, one dual-socket charger can often serve [X] or more drivers if people move their cars. We'll suggest a starting number after the site assessment.
Usually not. Cars parked for a working day have plenty of time to charge on AC. DC chargers cost much more and are better suited to fleets, forecourts and quick stops.
Yes. Smart chargers can apply a tariff per kWh or per session, and the reports show who used what. How you charge staff is your policy decision; we set the system up to match it.
Not if they're designed properly. We assess your supply first and use load management to keep total demand within safe limits.
Your landlord or property manager will usually need to approve work on the building. We can provide drawings and specifications for their sign-off.
Yes. We offer maintenance and support, including remote monitoring where the charger supports it.
