Industries
Charging that adds value for tenants and visitors, with usage billed back fairly and the park's supply kept under control.
The challenge
Chargers in common parking draw on the landlord's supply, and the cost needs to reach the right tenant.
Charging is becoming a factor in leasing decisions, yet demand is hard to forecast.
Older parks may have little spare capacity once air conditioning and lifts are accounted for.
Tenants increasingly have staff and visitors arriving in EVs, and many of those staff live in complexes where home charging isn’t yet approved. A park with charging gives tenants a practical amenity and gives you a reason to talk about it at lease renewal.
We start with a site assessment of the park’s supply, existing loads and parking layout. From there we propose a first phase, usually commercial dual-socket AC chargers in shared bays, with load management and per-user billing. Directors’ or reserved bays can take a single 7 kW home AC wallbox.
Our registered electricians carry out the installation and certify every circuit. We configure access, tariffs and reporting during commissioning, and train your property manager.
Each session is logged to a user and tenant, so you can recover costs fairly. Reports can be exported for monthly recoveries.

Our approach
We assess the supply for each building or the park as a whole, then propose a first phase of shared chargers with load management and per-user billing. Later phases add bays as tenants ask for them, without redesigning the system.

Our process
One team from first enquiry to a working, certified charger. You always know what happens next.
Tell us about your property, your vehicles and what you want to achieve. Photos of your DB board help.
We check your supply, available load, cable route and mounting position, on site or from photos.
A written, itemised quote: charger, installation, any upgrades and the CoC. No surprises later.
Registered electricians install a dedicated, protected circuit and mount the charger neatly.
We configure the charger, test it with you, hand over the CoC and show you how to use it.

Smart chargers identify each user by RFID card or app and record their energy use. You can bill per kWh, recover costs through service charges, or offer charging as a free amenity.
They can, with your approval, but a park-wide system is usually easier to manage, meter and maintain. We can offer tenants a standard installation that fits your system.
Not always. Load management lets several chargers share existing spare capacity. The site assessment shows whether an upgrade is needed and when.
Yes. You can set some chargers for public or visitor use with app payment, and keep others for tenants only.
We offer maintenance and support plans with remote monitoring where supported, so faults are picked up quickly.
